Data processing in accordance with the regulations

In connection with our business activity, we collect and process personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions of law, including in particular the GDPR and the principles of data processing provided for therein.

Our activities when processing data at the time of their collection focus on ensuring that the data is collected only to the extent necessary to achieve the indicated purpose and processed only for the necessary period.

Purpose, legal basis and time of data processing

When conducting business activity and concluding commercial contracts, we obtain data from persons involved in the implementation of such contracts (including persons authorized to contact, placing orders, performing orders, etc.). Our activities are based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), in particular enabling the correct and effective performance of a commercial contract.

In order to carry out the activity, data is also processed using other channels, such as: e-mail, MMS / SMS or by phone in order to offer our products and services. The legal basis for conducting marketing activities and processing personal data is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Personal data is also processed in the case of visitors to our profiles / channels on social networks (LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). These data are processed by us in connection with the conduct of the profile, including the purpose of informing about our activities and promoting various types of events, services and products, which is reflected in the promotion of our brand based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1) letter f of the GDPR), consisting in promoting your own brand.

Data processing period

The period of data processing depends on the purpose of processing. The data is processed for the duration of the service or performance of the contract, until the consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to data processing is submitted in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

The period of data processing may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish and pursue any claims or defend against them, and after that time only if and to the extent required by law. After the processing period has expired, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymised.

Who do we share your personal data with?

We use the services of companies on a daily basis, thanks to which we provide you with the highest standard of service.

Your personal data may be transferred to them for processing on our behalf, e.g. a data storage service provider, a provider of postal, courier, payment, legal, insurance, IT and auditing, accounting services or a subcontractor, e.g. a marketing agency. We may also transfer your data to entities related to us by capital or personally. In such a situation, the transfer of data does not entitle other entities to any processing, but only to use them for the purposes expressly indicated by us. In no case does the transfer of data release us as the Administrator from responsibility for their processing.

In the case of social media, your personal data may be transferred to the owners of portals: e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram.
